San Diego-Based Firm Adds More than 1,000 Units

Expanding its presence throughout the southwest, San Diego-based Sunrise Management has added seven multifamily communities totaling 1,339 units to its portfolio, including three small apartment complexes in San Diego.

• 8th and Hope, a 290-unit luxury high rise in downtown Los Angeles
• Willow Grove, a 306-unit community in Sacramento, CA
• Argenta Apartments, a 396-unit community in Mesa, AZ
• Five 89, a 312-unit community in Las Vegas, NV previously known as Promenade at Sahara
• 3939 7th Ave, a 16-unit 1929 complex in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego
• 2104 Bacon, an 11-unit community in the Ocean Beach area of San Diego
• 1016 Hornblend, an eight-unit complex in Pacific Beach, CA

With these latest additions, Sunrise – which has specialized in the management of residential real estate since 1978 – now oversees approximately 13,000 units throughout the southwest. “These new properties expand our home town presence, and also position us for further growth throughout the region,” Greenblatt said.
